Physical Books

• Refunds or replacements are accepted only if the book is damaged or incorrect

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Proof (images) may be required for verification

Digital Books (eBooks)

• Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once the eBook has been delivered or accessed

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped or delivered, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
